Chapter 6: MS Access Data Import/Export Feature
Step 1: Start the Export process
This step is not necessary but sometimes you have a query/table in run-time view as shown in Figure 6-1 and you want to have the data exported right away. In the runtime view of table/query click on the “External Data” command on the menu bar as shown in Figure 6-2 and finally the export format e.g. Excel.

You can also export any already existing table by right-clicking on it as shown in Figure 6-3 and then clicking on the “Export” command as shown in the same Figure pointed by label 2. In our example we have selected MS Excel as data export format.
