Step 2: Select Type, File Name & Click Import

After the completion of step 1 as mentioned in the
previous screenshot, the ‘Import’ window will popup asking you to locate
the file to be imported, in our case its MS Excel file.
1. Click on the drop down menu as shown in the screenshot above
and select the type of the file you are looking for import, in our case
its MS Excel file.
2. As depicted in the screenshot above, select the location of
the folder containing the file, in our case its Desktop folder.
3. Finally click the <Import> button. This will initiate the
‘Import Spreadsheet Wizard’ window.
