Step 2: Click File & Then Export

1. After performing step 1 as mentioned in the
previous screenshot, click on ‘File’ command on the menu bar as shown in
the screenshot above.
2. Then click on the Export command as depicted in the screenshot
with label 2.
In case you want to export the queried data and you haven’t saved the
query then you may see this ‘Export’ command as grayed. Grayed means MS
Access will not accept the ‘Export’ command even if you click it. But as
soon as you click the Save button on the tool bar or by clicking File
and then Save, this ‘Export’ will be available again.
