Form Run-Time View

1. To insert a new record in the MS Access database table, click on the
button as shown in the screenshot with label 1.
2. As depicted with label 2, this is the <Next> button. Clicking this
button every time, will take you to the next record until you reach the
last record in the table. If you are at the last record, clicking this
button will do nothing.
3. If you go back to MS Access Form Design View, click the button shown
in the screenshot above with label 3.
