Step 5: Write Form Name and Click Finish

1. You form will be saved after this step. Here you have to supply your
form name as shown in the screenshot above. We have entered HR_DEPARTMENTS.
2. Click the <Finish> button.
As soon as you click the <Finish> button, MS Access will start
developing the form based on your input. Depending on the complexity of
your form, your system speed, within few seconds you should see the MS
Access Form HR_DEPARTMENTS run-time view as shown in the next
screenshot.
