Step 2: Select Table/Query & Fields for Form

1. Select the table or query you would be using as a data source for your form. The complete list of tables/queries would be provided in the drop down list as shown in the screenshot above.

2. Select the fields you would like to have on your form by clicking the ‘>’ sign as depicted in the screenshot.

3. Finally click the <Next> button.
