1. As a final step you will be asked to assign this report any title.
2. Once you click the <Finish> button as shown in Figure 4-13, the
report not only gets saved but you would be able to view the Run time
output of the report.

After performing step 7, you would be able to see the output of your
report. In other words, it’s called the Run-time view of the MS Access
Report as shown in Figure 4-14. You can go back to the Design View by
clicking the View command on the ribbon bar as shown in Figure 4-15.
Another way to enter into report Design View is by right-clicking on the
report name and then clicking on the “Design View” command on the
popped-up menu.
I guess now you can realize the difference between the output of the
query and the output of the report or more precisely the purpose of
query and the purpose of report. The difference lies in the formatting
part. A query’s output would just be data extracted from different
tables or queries where as a report’s output would be the formatted
information.
